Vacations, Holidays, Seminars, or Emergencies?
LEAVE YOUR OFFICE IN OUR EXCELLENT HANDS . . .
Why should I use Time Off 4 Chiros over another service or solo chiropractor?
We strive to work primarily with field-tested doctors who have been associates and are now ready to start or build a practice, yet need additional income. They must have several references from practicing D.C.'s who have personally been adjusted by him or her, before they are eligible to be sent to your office. We hire exceptional chiropractors.
Are your substitute doctors licensed, experienced and insured?
Absolutely! All of our chiropractors are licensed, carry personal malpractice insurance, and have high standards for care. Our extensive chiropractic biography includes disciplinary actions, malpractice and criminal history. We require documented proof of licensure and malpractice insurance coverage.
I never hire a substitute. I close my office. Why change?
We believe you should never close your office. Here are some great reasons for leaving your office open:
Continue uninterrupted patient treatment schedules.
Continue receiving new patients and emergencies.
Continue to maintain and generate income while you're away.
Your patients will appreciate your commitment to their chiropractic health needs.
Not convinced? Let's look at the numbers.
Let's say your clinic is open 5 days a week, you see 100 patient visits (PV) per week (20 PV per day), at $45 per office visit (OV), and your patient visit average (PVA) is 20. Based on this, what is the cost of closing your office for a day? 20 PV x $45 OV = $900. Add, one new patient missed x 20 PVA x $45 OV = $900 more, and that doesn't include the exam & x-rays. Now, what if you see the patient twice, then you close your office and this new patient doesn't return? 18 PVA left x $45 = $810 more. Bottom Line: A potential loss of $2,610. What is the cost of hiring a substitute doctor? Our fee or NO COST. It depends on Your perspective!
What are your fees?
Our fee is based on:
The number of patients our chiropractic physician treats
The length of temporary coverage
Your office hours
Your location
Contact us today for a quote. Our rates are one of the lowest in the nation. Extended coverage for one month or more is discounted.
 Are there any extra charges?
Extra charges only occur when a local doctor is unavailable. In these cases we strive to average a $50 per night motel charge and/or a $10-30 fuel charge. The substitute chiropractor and Time Off 4 Chiros will handle motel arrangements. IF all parties agree, the substitute doctor may stay in the client's home, eliminating most of these charges.
If I have an emergency and need coverage, how much notice do you need?
You can call us 7 days a week. We can make arrangements for a chiropractic physician to be at your office within 24 hours or less, depending on your location and our chiropractors' availability at the time. Although not necessary, we prefer 4-8 weeks notice to reserve prime convention, holiday and summer dates. This notice will also allow you to request a specific chiropractic physician who may have previously covered your practice, or allow time for a personal orientation with a different substitute chiropractor.
Will I have a chance to meet the substitute chiropractic physician before he/she covers my practice?
Yes, in most cases. When scheduling permits, our local doctors will meet you at your clinic or a mutually agreed location for up to one hour, prior to covering your practice. At that time you can adjust each other and go over any aspect of your practice you wish. If for some reason a personal meeting is not feasible or our doctor is not local, a telephone orientation will be provided. You may check out all chiropractic references we have for our doctors. There is no charge for the personal orientation, however, your contract must be signed and faxed to us first. Your deposit will not be due until after the initial phone consultation or personal orientation is satisfactory to you. In the rare case that you are not satisfied with our doctor, time permitting; we will attempt to arrange an orientation with another doctor.
Do you have a chiropractic physician that is familiar with the special technique that I use in my practice?
Yes! In most cases we have chiropractors that are proficient in practically all of the techniques used.
Can I be sure your substitute chiropractic physician will be at my office on schedule?
With all our substitute chiropractors, we work on a contractual basis. Our contract requires the chiropractor to perform within certain guidelines, one of them being at the specified place on schedule. Our chiropractors are dependable!
I do not have a therapist in my office. Can the substitute chiropractic physician give therapy to my patients?
Our chiropractors will provide the same services that are normally available when you are present, in accordance with the state scope of practice and the individual substitute chiropractor's skills, training and certification. These services include therapy, examination, X - rays and adjustments.
Who pays the substitute chiropractic physician?
David H. Baysinger, D.C. & Associates (Time Off 4 Chiros) is responsible for any and all financial arrangements with substitute chiropractors as per our individual contracts. Your payment is made payable directly to David H. Baysinger, D.C.
Can you find me a permanent associate chiropractic physician?
More about Time Off 4 Chiros
Time Off 4 Chiros was started by Dr. David Baysinger. In September of 1991, Dr. Baysinger graduated from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon. At WSCC, he first earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and subsequently his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. Additionally, Dr. Baysinger supplemented his income as a Licensed Massage Therapist during college and obtained an Associate of Arts in Business Administration.
Dr. Baysinger began his chiropractic career, as an associate in Cincinnati, Ohio in March of 1992. Later, he worked in the Dayton area. Over a 4-year period he gained experience running low to high volume offices (250-350 visits per week). Like you, he needed to take time off occasionally. Dr. Baysinger often found it difficult to find a replacement doctor, with a broad scope of training, excellent people skills, and “good hands”. This was often inconvenient and precluded enjoying many social and educational opportunities. Dr. Baysinger decided to fill this gap and in 1996 he started Time Off 4 Chiros, a full time, vacation and emergency relief chiropractic service. Time Off 4 Chiros has expanded over the years to provide “Nationwide Quality Vacation Relief Doctors” to Dr. Baysinger's fellow colleagues throughout the nation. Dr. Baysinger personally provides coverage four to five days per week in the Southwest Ohio region. He has a network of doctors throughout the country who provide coverage for Time Off 4 Chiros clients as the need arises.
Dr. Baysinger and Time Off 4 Chiros look forward to providing you with a quality Doctor of Chiropractic for your next time out of the office.
